I'm Nicole . The founder of Life in Focus Counselling. I'm a registered Counsellor. My passion is helping individuals, couples and adolescents navigate life's challenges and find a renewed sense of purpose, clarity and connection. My approach is based around empathy, collaboration and a commitment to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth. I believe that every person's story is unique and so is the path to healing. Drawing on evidence-based practices such as CBT, ACT, DBT, SFT, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs. Whether you're facing personal struggles, relationship challenges or adolescence, my aim is to empower and provide tools and insights into your world that allows change and growth. I founded Life In Focus Counselling because I understand how overwhelming life can be and the limitations to access affordable counselling. It's my mission to help you find balance and confidence to move forward and enhance your life. When I'm not Counselling, I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, walking, yoga and sunsets.
