Nicola Tulissio | Director & Principal Dietitian - Advanced Clinical Dietetics
Nicola is the Director and Principal Dietitian of Advanced Clinical Dietetics. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) (Dean’s Scholar, Class I), with her research thesis focused on Chronic Kidney Disease. She has a strong clinical foundation in Medical Nutrition Therapy and a particular interest in advancing research and evidence-based care in eating disorders.
Nicola provides compassionate, individualised nutrition care for individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating and complex mental health presentations. She works collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver structured, evidence-based treatment that supports both medical stability and long-term recovery.
In addition to her specialised work in eating disorders, Nicola supports patients across a broad range of medical and nutrition-related concerns, offering practical, sustainable strategies tailored to each individual’s health goals and clinical needs. Her experience across both public and private healthcare settings informs a comprehensive and nuanced approach to care.
