New Start Counselling offers Counselling for women navigating the grief and uncertainty that comes with change, emotional pain, and identity shifts. I work with women experiencing change related to chronic illness, relationship breakdown, caregiving roles, parenting transitions, empty nesting, and times when life no longer feels like it fits. I am a qualified Counsellor with lived experience of Multiple Sclerosis (MS). My approach is grounded, non-clinical, and human-first, focused on being heard, understood, and supported without pressure to “fix” or rush change. Sessions are available in person in Seaton, South Australia, and via telehealth Australia-wide. NDIS self- and plan-managed clients welcome.
