Neuda is a remedial massage therapist with over 20 years experience and offers a unique approach to therapeutic massage.
Supporting clients with chronic back pain, sports performance improvement and through stressful times in their lives, Neuda has a clinical yet intuitive approach to therapeutic massage. Assessing your physical body for misalignments and tightness, she has a gift for finding tight and sore spots that otherwise would've gone unnoticed.
Trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), which gently addresses the nervous and immune systems whilst assisting with fluid elimination and muscle tone, she can help get your body back to balance. She also offers Access Bars and Craniosacral Therapy, and is enrolled in a Diploma of Counselling, which supports her lifelong dream to help people with their emotional pain and struggles as well.

She has a clinical but also intuitive approach to her treatments and is very good at finding tight spots. Neuda uses Mindfulness during her treatments, being fully present for her clients. She has a very firm, yet gentle and nurturing touch.
Neuda's love for knowledge and helping others has her now doing a Certificate of Craniosacral Therapy and a Diploma of Counselling. She is a self professed Neuroscience geek and can talk Polyvagal Theory for hours. She intends to use her new qualifications alongside her bodywork techniques to offer a whole body-mind treatment.
In her spare time Neuda enjoys her Barre classes and Kundalini Yoga.
