Daria is a highly empathic, warm and down to earth Clinical Psychologist, Couples Therapist and Executive Coach who is dedicated to supporting her clients in reaching their goals.
Daria is passionate about helping individuals, couples and families across a wide range of presentations, and prefers to use an integrative approach to therapy and coaching. Her robust understanding and experience with clinical and corporate presentations contributes to her strong desire to support clients in achieving meaningful change, growth and personal development in any area of their lives.
Her clinical experience spans a number of settings including in private practice and the public sector (Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Pain Clinic, Ryde Child and Youth Mental Health Service, and Royal North Shore Hospital Aged Care Services). Daria has completed advanced training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, as well as carried out Postgraduate-level research in health, physical activity, medical illness/disease, environmental & conservation psychology, as well as human behaviour change.
Daria has a further 15+ years’ experience in the business and finance sector, having been engaged both as an Accountant and Controller of Asia Pacific for publicly listed and private companies since 2003. This contributes to her understanding of corporate life and associated pressures, as well as business and financial strategy and practice.
Daria is as such passionate about providing coaching and mentorship to Executives, Medical and Health Professionals, as well as Sports Professionals. In particular the management of burnout, emotion, and general client wellness from an evidence-base.
