Natalie Stackhouse Dietitian

Natalie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who graduated from the University of Newcastle. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in Lifestyle Medicine and originally completed a Bachelor of Biological Science at the University of Colorado, USA. A mum of three adult children, she understands the challenges of balancing health with a busy family life. Natalie has experience across hospital, community, disability, and telehealth settings in both regional and metropolitan areas. Her areas of interest include gut health, women’s health, and supporting people with long-term health conditions. She brings a practical, down-to-earth approach, helping clients make realistic and sustainable changes to improve their nutrition and health.
