At Nourished Massage, my mission is to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness. Formed to offer proactive care for muscle imbalances, reduction in daily pain and stress, using massage as the tool. I have a strong belief in Pregnancy massage being at minimum a monthly treatment to assist your body as it adjusts to growing a new human.
