Qualifications & Affiliations: Bachelor Degree (Honours) Nutritional Science; Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics ; Member of Dietitians Association of Australia . Ashleigh is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and then graduated from her Masters of Dietetics with distinction, after which she began consulting as a private practice dietitian. She really values being a part of her client's path towards improving their health and finds a lot of enjoyment out of seeing meaningful results and outcomes from the people she sees. Ashleigh's main areas of interest are around weight management, Diabetes, High Cholesterol and IBS but also sees a wide variety of patient groups including gut issues/conditions (gut motility, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Diverticulitis and Coeliac Disease), Malnutrition, Chronic Kidney Disease, Fatty Liver, Osteoarthritis and Eating Disorders. Ashleigh also has a keen interest in Sports Nutrition and has experience in coaching in various sports and transfers that passion of assisting people achieve their goals into her dietetic practice, utilising evidence-based methods and up to date nutrition information to give patients the best opportunity to succeed.

An experienced Accredited Dietitian with previous roles in community rural healthcare, aged care, corporate health, indigenous health and now focusing on both simple & complex clinical health issues as well as assisting gym goers achieve their body composition goals in the clinics throughout Melbourne. From his previous life working in science; he brings with him an analytical, scientific, evidence-based approach which guides him in providing the most relevant nutrition recommendations for both patients and fitness clients. He enjoys educating his patients and fitness clients on how nutrition interacts with their body and dispels all of the misinformation out there. He does however provide this in a relaxed, informal atmosphere where people can express their difficulties and barriers toward the health & fitness they are looking for with ease.
