Hi all, my name is Yvette. I practice from a place of genuine warmth and an empathic perspective, whilst remaining mindful of sound theoretical principles and evidence based interventions to help achieve the positive outcomes we are all hoping for. It can be confronting to realise we might need help when we are not coping and take courage to engage in psychological therapy. It is important to me that we work from a model that creates a safe place for clients to be vulnerable, feel supported, have trust, be able to work collaboratively together, and ultimately move forward.
