Ms Yilan Chen Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Ms Yilan Chen is an AHPRA-registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, and a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). A medical doctor by training, she obtained a Bachelor of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sydney, motivated by a strong belief in human-centred and holistic approaches to healthcare. She has a particular interest in body constitution and published on its application in clinical settings, as well as being an advocate for integrative and preventative medicine. In her clinical practice, she applies both acupuncture and herbal medicine, with an emphasis on acupuncture based on pulse diagnosis recorded in the classics, to enhance patient wellbeing and overall quality of life, especially in those with chronic fatigue, psychosomatic diseases and various functional disorders.
