My style is relaxed and friendly and I like to focus on the relationship we build together. I have practiced for over 30 years with all range of problems so I welcome all or any struggles in your life,. We will approach issues together looking at the emotional processes, thoughts and feelings. We will dive in deep to who you really are but I will support you to come back to the surface and cope with life. I want you to be able to live a happy and full life and as a clinical psychologist I will do all I can to work with you to achieve this., Our focus will be in the here and now and your current issues but we may also look back over your early life to see when and why patterns have started. I hope you will find this a life changing and growthfull experience that ultimately brings happiness to your life I completed a Bachelor of Arts with honours in psychology at Melbourne University and a Master of psychology (clinical) at UWA. I am registered with AHPRA and the Psychologists Board. I have over 30 years of experience in counseling. I am highly skilled in evidence based practices such as CBT and Behaviour therapy. I have done additional training in Jungian Psychology, Gestalt therapy, couples counseling, Family therapy, Drugs and alcohol , Depression and anxiety. Treatments. I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescence, adults, seniors and culturally diverse. I am able to work with all nature of presenting issues.. I have a particular interest in depression, anxiety, relationships, sexuality and childhood trauma. I currently work with 12 to 25 year olds and just love the optimism they bring. I have worked in private practice for 20 years successfully running my own business, I have also worked in hospitals, GP clinics, non government organisations in Perth and the south west of western Australia.
