Overview
I am a trauma-informed counsellor and art therapist. I work with clients who experience depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, loneliness, trauma and complex trauma (PTSD and C-PTSD). As part of trauma therapy, I am experienced in substance use management, childhood trauma impact as an adult and after a breakup and device recovery.
