Vikki Rowe is a Clinical Psychologist registered with AHPRA and the Australian Psychological Society. She has significant experience working with a variety of clinical and mental health issues including depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, substance abuse, addiction and personality disorders. Vikki has an extensive history of working with a wide variety of clients in both forensic and general populations. Using evidence-based practice, Vikki employs a treatment approach tailored to the individual client. Her range of treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative therapy, Motivational interviewing, Psychoeducation, as well as Mindfulness and relaxation techniques.
