Overview

My passion in working with people is to really arrive at a shared understanding about how what has been present for you has impacted your life and your relationships, and how you would prefer things to be I welcome the opportunity to meet with you where you are at and to be guided by your preferences, interweaving what we together find helpful from the therapeutic modalities I can bring to you. My preferred way of working is to check in with you regularly about what I am hearing and appreciating about your experience, and to make adjustments as we go as are needed for your specific needs. The aim of working in this way is to ensure that what we do in our sessions can seamlessly be carried into your everyday activities. I very much look forward to meeting you and coming to understand the strengths and abilities that have carried you through to where you are today, looking to a future which has in it the seeds of what you identify as most sought, by you Trisha completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), and went on to complete a Master of Research (Psychology) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Psychology).
