Hi I'm Trish and I'm looking forward to getting to know you. When life becomes difficult, it can help to have someone to be your sounding board and support until you can pick yourself up again. Getting to know each other is an important start of working together before feeling comfortable to talk about your issues. Working for my clients has been a privilege for almost 20 years and still feel committed to helping my clients live their own better life. Trish completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling. She is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. Trish has also trained in evidence based approaches that include Cognitive Based Therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.. Trish has extensive experience in working with women from a range of ages and a range of issues. She has worked as a TAFE Counsellor, in Women's Health Centres and other non-government organisations, and most recently in private practice..She is interested in working with women on issues of anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, relationship issues, stress management & relaxation and Grief & bereavement.
