Overview

Come What May Counselling is a safe space to heal, grow, and weather whatever life brings. I provide individual counselling in a safe, confidential and harmonious space. I offer a safe, compassionate and grounded presence where you will feel heard and understood. I can support with: grief and loss, anxiety, learning difficulties, life transitions and adjustment issues, neurodivergence, self-esteem, personal development, school issues, stress, and trauma, as well as general counselling. My approach is integrative, person-centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based and recovery-oriented. I will shape therapy around your needs drawing upon evidence-based modalities including mindfulness, polyvagal regulation, and somatic awareness, narrative therapy, nature-based and solution-focused therapies.
