Tracey has over twenty years experience and training as a health professional assisting individuals, couples, families (diverse relationships and families including rainbow and poly amorous) with a range of needs around emotional and psychological distress, bringing an empathic and compassionate approach to the therapeutic relationship.
Tracey has worked in government and non-government organisations that includes homelessness, disability youth and family violence services, women and community health centres, centrelink, courts and The Salvation Army.
During this time, Tracey has worked in crisis and case management, counselling, supervisory, management roles, project work and policy development.
Over the years, Tracey has assisted people experiencing relationship difficulties both individually and couples; including supporting the specific needs of the LGBTIQA community. Tracey's experience extends from assisting in the treatment and management of episodic and chronic mental health issues, substance use, acquired brain injury, dual diagnosis and disability and complex needs with extensive experience in the homelessness sector.
