Toni creates a comfortable, non-judgmental, and supportive space where people can feel safe sharing their experiences and exploring their difficulties. She draws from a variety of evidence-based assessments and interventions to tailor her support to best suit each clients’ individual needs. She has a strong interest in working with young people aged 12-25 as well as members of the neuro-diverse and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Toni has completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Hons), Graduate Diploma of Education (School Psychology) and a Masters in Psychology (Professional) which have provided her with the knowledge and skills to implement a variety of evidence-based counselling techniques and therapeutic solutions. Toni is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
She is trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Solution Focussed Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.
Toni is experienced working with clients aged 3-25 and their families in private practice, as well as school and university settings. She has experience working with a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, emotional regulation, learning and attentional difficulties, perfectionism, procrastination, body image concerns and disordered eating.
