Hi there!!! My name is THANDI! My role as a life and business coach, and career development practitioner (including academic assistance) is to assist people to step fully into their best selves. I create personalized coaching and academic assistance programs for people for their unique needs and personalities. I am a transformational coach, a Career Development Practitioner and a qualified teacher. Academically I hold a degree in Education and an Honours degree in Psychology. I have experienced a deep transformation in my own life hence I know that nothing is impossible if you believe in yourself, have a positive attitude about life, focus directly on the observable behavior, make achievable goals and create and develop new behavior methods. Through Holistic coaching style I help people to uncover what they want and help them to set and achieve goals in all areas of their lives. This style is different from other styles that are persued by other life coaches in that it focuses more on the larger picture in the client’s life, hitting all areas of self-improvement, rather than one. I adopted this style of coaching because I believe that addressing one issue in the client’s life, all other areas surrounding it are also affected. I believe that “everything rests in a web of interconnectedness”. I believe that every action we make and every decision we make have an effect on some other areas of our selves. Therefore, I view mind, body and soul as one. I believe that if you want to work on healing one you should also work on the other two. This is to create a lasting result so that the client feels a sense of balance and security that they did not have before.
