I look forward to starting that healing journey with you. Teresa has a Bachelor of Social Science, Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and Master of Counselling Psychology. She is registered with AHPRA and is a Medicare Provider. Teresa applies multi-disciplinary evidence-based approaches, singularly or combined, that best suit the client’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT & CBT-E), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Couples Counselling/Family Counselling, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Maudsley Method, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Mindfulness Practices & Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Drawing Therapy & Sand Therapy. Teresa has broad experience working in private & public businesses, primary school & university settings, working with all age groups with a range of difficulties, including, but not limited to, anxiety, OCD, depression, LGBTQ concerns, PTSD, addiction, ADHD, bipolar disorder, NDIS, eating disorders, grief and loss, stress & anger management, violence or family trauma, personality disorders, career & couples counselling, Work Cover/TAC, goal setting.
