I have had the privilege of working as a Clinical Psychologist for over 20 years, working in both the public and private sector, and providing therapy and support for children, adults and families across a range of presentations. The opportunity to provide support for people when they are needing to be heard, and to provide strategies and treatment to help improve lives, and give my clients the tools to do better, is what drives me to focus on best outcome for all whom I work with. I look forward to working with you, and helping provide strategies to improve your world.
I undertook a Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of South Australia, followed by another two years of Clinical Supervision. I am registered with the Australian Health Pracitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and have undertaken additional training in Schema Therapy, and have an interest in Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. I have previously been a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society for many years, and been a member of the Rural, Regional and Remote Advisory Group to the National Board of the APS.
I have worked in a range of settings, both public and private practice, and working with children, adults and families, as well as across organisations. I have an interest in anxiety and depression, and work from client centred practice, using evidence based treatment strategies.
