Tamara has a clear understanding of the biomechanics of the body. She has skills and experience in complex and chronic health conditions. Tamara is a proactive, positively-driven professional who is energetic, kind in nature, enthusiastic & dedicated to helping clients restore or better manage their health plus care for the body as it's "One Body for Life"! She is devoted to health education as she believes knowledge is empowerment.
Tamara's Exercise Physiology experience involves musculoskeletal, neurological, aged care/elderly & falls prevention, osteoporosis, cancer, return to work, cardiac, metabolic, hydrotherapy workers compensation, Medicare, DVA and CTP as well as in the home care.
As a Remedial & Oncology Massage Therapist Tamara seeks to improve soft tissue and body functioning by tailoring massage treatment according to each individual's needs.
She practices the following modes of massage: remedial, Swedish/effleurage, sports, relaxation, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, light touch massage, oncology massage, thermotherapy, seated massage, and pre/postnatal massage.
