Taf is a clinical social worker and mental health therapist providing counselling support to individuals aged 15 years and above. Taf is passionate about providing inclusive support and creating safe spaces for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Her areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, psychosocial disability (NDIS), depression, PTSD, autism, ADHD & other neurodivergent conditions, identity & belonging, racism, multicultural issues and domestic family violence Taf uses a blend of talk therapy, experiential, nature -based therapy & body centred techniques tailored to an individual's needs. Her services are offered via face to face or Telehealth video for those outside Brisbane.
