Susanna Stefano is a registered psychologist who has worked across both public and private health sectors with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds.
Susanna is a warm and open-minded clinician who strives to provide gender and neuro-affirming care. She has clinical skills in the areas of anxiety, panic disorder, depression, phobias, eating and sleeping difficulties, perfectionism, grief, loss, and PTSD. Susanna is also skilled at providing other evidence-based treatments including CBT, DBT and exposure-based therapies depending on the client’s individual preferences and psychological concerns.
Susanna completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Her thesis explored if high-intensity aerobic exercise could improve exposure-therapy outcomes for PTSD. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Medicare provider.
