Overview

I have trained and worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings providing assessment, counselling and expert consultation to clients with a range of mental health concerns. I am an approved clinical supervisor. I have trained in Clinical hypnosis at the Milton Erikson Institute in Phoenix, USA. I am a Mindfulness teacher and I have a regular personal mindfulness practice. Currently I work in a public hospital setting and practice in the community.
