Overview

Stacy Cohen has been working as a Speech Pathologist for 12 years supporting preschool and school aged children and their families. She is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and member of Speech Pathology Australia. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics and a Masters in Speech Pathology. Stacy has completed formal training in PECS, Hanen ‘It takes Two to Talk’, PROMPT (level I and II), Cortical Vision Impairment assessment and intervention, is a Victorian Keyword Sign trainer and a PODD National Presenter in the use of the Pragmatic Organisational Dynamic Display communication systems. Stacy has presented papers at national conferences and provides consultative support to educational centres and allied health and medical professionals. Her clinic is based in Caulfield North and also offers home, school, kinder and childcare visits within south east Melbourne areas. She is passionate about working with individual who have complex communication needs, speech motor challenges, cortical vision impairment and sensory processing challenges.
