Overview

As a clinical psychotherapist I have worked in private practice for the past 12 years and am approved EAP Provider, accredited child consultant under the Family Law Act, published author of journal articles relating to the field of post-traumatic growth and complex trauma, are accredited as clinical supervisor with membership to ACA College of Supervisors and ACA Clinical Counselling College. Through working for NGOs and government agencies in the fields of mental health, family & carer support, Child & Adolescent Health and aged & disabled care I bring a vast breadth of knowledge. I have worked with adults, couples, children and families in order to facilitate healing and growth via supporting clients to raise their awareness of behaviours, feelings and thoughts which may impact their ability to function within the world. Through holistic and present centred interventions using a variety of modalities such as gestalt psychotherapy, CBT, Sandplay, mindfulness and life coaching, to allow clients to get in touch with their authentic selves and function with greater wholeness and increased wellbeing, free from past restrictions. I specialise in trauma and life transitions, mental health and carer support
