Ms Sophie Firmin Counsellor

Sophie Firmin is a Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor, registered with the Australian Counselling Association (Level 4, highest). She has been a therapist for over two decades with over 20,000 direct client hours behind her. She treats individual clients with complex issues and/or serious mental illnesses as well as couples and families. She is trained and experienced in most major models of therapy and is particularly experienced in brain-focused interventions to help people rewire their brains. She is also a functional breather instructor helping clients with anxiety disorders, ADHD, sleep issues and sports improvements through functional breathing.
