Ms Sheryl Brosnan Psychologist

I work with compassion and curiosity to support healing and learning so that we can become more fully who we are. Drawing on many years of attachment informed trauma approaches, process and emotion focused, CBT, and mindfulness practices and narrative work I support the surfacing and exploration of purpose, passion and core values and the understanding of the deep fears, limiting beliefs and blockages that get in the way. A holistic approach, focusing on the mind-body connection, this work leads to greater self awareness and self acceptance thus increasing openness and resourcefulness to support personal, group and family change. I work with those wishing to gain greater mastery in their lives and/or with challenges from anxiety through to BPD and DID.
