Sheree has worked as a registered Psychologist for over the last 2 decades drawing upon a wide range of experience to help her clients. Sheree’s current focus is working with adults. Sheree has spent many years working in private practice as well as the employment and disability sector.
She has completed a diploma of individual couple and family therapy and likes to use a systemic lens to help her clients recognize unhelpful patterns which are keeping them stuck. Sheree mostly works with the individual to address relationship issues but encourages her clients to invite their partners into the session when needed.
Sheree has spent many years doing her own deep personal development work and is passionate about helping her clients find inner peace, confidence and improved relationship with themselves and others.
Sheree is a compassionate therapist who uses a trauma informed approach to create a safe place to heal. She likes to take a holistic approach to health, wellness and treating trauma. She integrates a wide range of therapeutic approaches which include EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, ACT, Cognitive Behaviour therapy CBT Dialectical Behaviour therapy DBT and gestalt therapy.
Sheree uses a strength-based approach and believes that each person already has the resources they need to heal.
