Sharon Newick is a registered psychologist with a graduate diploma in family and relationship therapy. Sharon has many years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in many varied settings including crisis accommodation for the homeless, drug and alcohol residential rehabilitation, mine sites, schools, and other counselling practices. Sharon is skilled in many forms of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy ,Narrative Therapy, Multi Systemic Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. Sharon is a person centred psychologist that will tailor her intervention technique to suite the client, couple, or the families need in order to yield the best results and bring about positive change.
