As an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician with nearly fifteen years of experience in both public and private healthcare, my passion lies in helping individuals heal their relationship with food, trust their bodies, and feel empowered to make nourishing choices without guilt, fear, or confusion.
I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard and supported. I believe that food is about much more than nutrition alone, and I enjoy partnering with clients to explore how eating, mental health, physical health, and wellbeing are connected. My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and always tailored to your unique goals and circumstances.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing:
- Eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and OSFED
- Disordered eating and difficulties with body image
- Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and disorders of the gut-brain interaction
- Food intolerances and sensitivities
- Gastrointestinal concerns
- Nutritional deficiencies
- Diabetes management
- Individuals seeking to improve their overall health through practical and sustainable nutrition
Throughout my career, I have held clinical, leadership, and education roles in tertiary hospitals across Brisbane. Most recently, I worked within the Eating Disorder, Adolescent Mental Health, and Addiction Services at Mater Hospital, supporting individuals with complex needs as part of a multidisciplinary team. I have also held senior clinical positions within gastroenterology, renal, and surgical services, and have served as a Conjoint Clinical Educator training future dietitians.
I value a collaborative approach, working closely with psychologists, GPs, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to provide holistic care that addresses both physical and mental wellbeing. Whether you are seeking support for an eating disorder, digestive symptoms, or wish to develop a balanced relationship with food, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
