As a psychologist, I am here to offer you a safe and supportive space where you can share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My goal as a therapist is to help you better understand yourself, increase your self-awareness, and empower you to make positive changes in your life. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or any other issue, I am here to help you navigate through these challenges and find a path towards greater happiness and well-being. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your goals. Shae completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Professional Practice. Shae is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Shae is trained in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, and Psychodynamic Therapy. Shae has experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Shae also has extensive experience working with people with disabilities, including intellectual disability and Autism. Shae is inclusive of those who identify as neurodivergent, transgender, and the LGBTQIA+ communities. Shae has a keen interest in helping those who need it, specifically working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, abuse, and body image concerns. Shae has worked in a range of settings including schools, non-profit organisations, and private practice.
