Sarah is a AHPRA registered psychologist who completed her Bachelor of Psychology degree, following by honours and finally graduating with a distinction in the Masters of Professional Psychology. Sarah also gained her education, knowledge and experience in Europe and Asia following her studies in Australia. She also worked in the academic sector in universities in Tokyo, London, Italy and Turkey. Sarah is also a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI). She is trained in many evidence-based modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Sarah has years of experience working in a vast range of settings including the private and public sectors, community health, schools, government organisations, forensics, university and much more. She has extensive knowledge working across the lifespan and has also worked with people with disabilities, including intellectual disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disorders, ADHD etc. Sarah enjoys working with people with all presentations and particularly enjoys working in the areas of trauma, developmental disorders, anxiety, depression and with children and adolescents.
