I am a psychotherapist specialising in nervous system regulation, identity reconstruction, trauma-informed therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy preparation and integration. My work is grounded in neuroscience-informed psychotherapy, predictive processing, and a deep respect for the body’s capacity to heal when the right conditions are created. I support clients to understand the underlying patterns through which the nervous system learns safety, threat, protection, attachment, identity, and self-worth. These patterns often shape emotional experience, behaviour, relationships, and the ways people move through periods of change, trauma, grief, transition, or personal awakening. I am the creator of the REALIGN™ framework, a structured diagnostic and therapeutic system designed to map the deeper nervous-system and identity patterns that influence a person’s inner world. REALIGN™ supports clients to move beyond surface-level insight and toward more precise, embodied, measurable, and enduring change. My approach is reflective, clinically informed, compassionate, and deeply integrative. I work with clients who are seeking not only symptom relief, but a clearer understanding of themselves, their patterns, their protective responses, and the possibility of rebuilding from a more regulated, authentic, and aligned place.
