Sarah provides psychological therapy for adolescents and adults experiencing complex mental health concerns, including trauma, eating disorders, OCD, chronic anxiety, burnout, and neurodivergence. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based treatment delivered with warmth, clarity, and collaboration.
Sarah works with individuals navigating the intersections of trauma, identity, neurodivergence, and mental health, offering a therapeutic space that is affirming, inclusive, and tailored to each client’s needs. She draws on EMDR, ACT, DBT, CBT-E, and somatic approaches within a neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed framework.
Sarah’s areas of special interest include complex trauma, dissociation, perfectionism, shame, eating disorders, OCD, functional neurological disorder (FND), and the ongoing impacts of marginalisation related to gender, sexuality, or neurodivergence.
She is a registered psychologist with AHPRA, an accredited EMDR practitioner, and a member of both the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
Sarah aims to provide thoughtful, practical support to help clients understand their experiences, reduce distress, and work towards meaningful and sustainable change.
