I am committed to helping adults navigate grief, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, serious illness, relationship distress, and life transitions. My approach is shaped by both professional expertise and lived experience, with the goal of creating meaningful change.
Before becoming a music therapist, I worked as a physiotherapist for 17 years, gaining a deep understanding of the connection between physical and emotional health. I also hold a diploma in Jazz and Contemporary Voice and continue to perform professionally. I completed my Master’s in Creative Arts Therapies at Concordia University, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practice in Music Therapy. My clinical training included internships in adult mental health at the West Island Cancer Wellness Center and Good Grief Central.
I am a certified music therapist, registered with the Canadian Association of Music Therapists (CAMT). For more about the clinical and lived experience that inspires my approach, visit www.kaleidoscopemusictherapy.com
