Overview

I like to take a unique approach, tailoring strategies around what works best for you. Whether you are comfortable with talk therapy or taking a more creative approach, I can be flexible in my therapeutic style. I look forward to getting to you know as a person so we can work together creating a better life for you. I am warm, empathetic and easy to open up to. While I may challenge you at times, it’s always in your best interest. In therapy, it is important to find an approach that suits you and a therapist you are most at ease with. I value working collaboratively to identify barriers that may get in the way of achieving the personal goals you have set. My therapy room will offer a safe place to talk about difficult topics and concerns without judgement or bias. Sarah completed a Bachelor of Criminology from Griffith University and an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology (Honours) from Monash University before becoming a registered General Psychologist.
