Samantha Symes is a Psychologist & trained Psychotherapist in private practice at Pinwheel Psychology in Potts Point. My clients are usually experiencing difficulties in relationships,social, personal and work based. As a Psychologist I work with your thinking, strategies and provide techniques to support your preferred direction. As a Psychotherapist I work with you to understand your unconscious patterns of behaviour and thinking. Providing techniques on how to cope, how can we build awareness to make real change? Need another perspective and/or plan of action? Client Issues include but are not limited to: • Individuals in a relationship that they want to improve, to understand better or explore ending • Life transitions and preferred directions in regards to work, family, health, wealth, career, relationships, social interactions, personal goals and inner desires. • Understanding and managing the presenting symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and self-esteem issues • Working with your creativity, ambitions or long held personal desires that require reflection, exploration, action and clear strategies.
