Ms Robyn Henderson Psychologist

clinic location

Overview

Robyn is a registered psychologist who works with adults experiencing burnout, overwhelm, weight loss challenges, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and major life transitions. She supports people to find steadiness and restore balance when the demands of work, family, and self-care start to compete with one another. Her approach focuses on helping clients reconnect with what matters most to them such as clarity, wellbeing, and living in alignment with their values. Before psychology, Robyn worked across government in Defence, Corrections, and Policing. She has led large teams, performed frontline roles, and in addition to her psychology credentials, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). These experiences give her a deep understanding of high-pressure environments and the personal toll they can take over time. Robyn’s style is warm, practical, and collaborative. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients set meaningful goals, make sustainable changes, and move toward a more balanced, values-driven life. Robyn offers in-clinic and Telehealth appointments.
