Overview

Renee is a Clinical Counsellor and Supervisor with PACFA and a Level 4 ACA member. I am passionate about couples, family, and adolescent counselling. With many years of experience in private practice including school counselling, I have provided vital support to families, couples, and school communities. working with infants, primary, and high school students. As a mother of four, I have personal understanding of the complexities of relationships, families and parenthood empathising that expectations and reality can be very different. Therapy Approach-  I use several therapeutic modalities and often use them in combination to support each client’s unique needs. These modalities include EMDR, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy  Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solutions Focused Therapy. Couples therapy- Used both EFT and the Gottman Method

  • ADHD- Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification
