Rebecca (Bec) Ingham (MDietSt, BHSc Nutr) is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutritionist. Bec completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences in Nutrition and Master of Dietetics Studies at the University of Queensland.
Bec has a deep love for supporting others to nourish their health in a way that feels balanced, gentle and sustainable- not restrictive or overwhelming. Her practice blends evidence-based insights with lived experience, helping clients make realistic, meaningful changes that last. She aims to create a warm and safe space where you feel heard, supported and respected.
Bec focuses on consistent, adequate nourishment to support hormones, digestion, blood sugar, recovery and performance. No cutting out carbs. No earning your meals. Just fuelling your mind and body for the life and movement you ask of it.
She has a particular interest in digestive health, including IBS and altered bowel movements (constipation and diarrhoea), as well as allergies and food intolerances- having lived experience with anaphylaxis herself. Bec also enjoys working in women’s health, supporting conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS and blood sugar regulation, alongside promoting long-term health and wellbeing.
With a background as a pre professional ballet dancer, Bec is especially passionate about supporting active women with their health, recovery and performance.
Outside of dietetics, you’ll find Bec swimming, spending time with loved ones, out for coffee, or in the kitchen creating new recipes.
Bec looks forward to working with clients at Nutrition Wisdom and supporting you on your journey to better health. Bec consults at the Clayfield, Taringa and Ipswich clinics, and also offers appointments via Telehealth.
