Overview

Clinical nutritionist, Nutritional Medicine Practitioner, and Practice Manager. Rarnie McCudden is a dedicated clinical nutritionist who specialises in trauma-informed nutrition treatment. Rarnie's journey to wellness and awareness of the complicated relationship between trauma, nutrition, and overall health is very personal, impacted by her own experiences and those around her. These experiences not only shaped her career path, but also fueled her desire to learn more about how trauma affects our nutritional health and overall well-being. Rarnie has a Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition, Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine, Diploma of Practice Management, and is a member of the Australian Traditional Medical Society. She also qualifies for private health insurance, depending on the coverage. Clients explore a wide selection of services tailored to their specific needs. The emphasis is on developing a collaborative and multi-modal treatment plan, which includes conventional and functional pathology tests to identify the underlying causes of symptoms, as well as personalised diet plans and prescription-only supplements. Rarnie's knowledge covers a wide range of problems, but her primary focus is on managing stress, anxiety, and mental health conditions, demonstrating her dedication to assisting clients in reaching a balanced and enhanced quality of life. Aside from her professional endeavours, Rarnie finds joy and balance in activities such as Pilates, running a hobby farm, and caring for rescued animals, including her beloved two-legged Cavoodle, Oscar. These personal activities not only bring joy, but also demonstrate a comprehensive dedication to health, self-care, and the well-being of all living species. Rarnie creates a therapeutic place for her clients, inviting them on a journey of healing and personal growth, where they are met with understanding, sensitivity, and the greatest level of nutritional care. They embark on their wellness journey together, armed with knowledge and a shared dedication to long-term health and happiness.
