Overview
Rachel is a Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Master and Remedial Massage Therapist supporting individuals, couples, families and youth. As a working parent with some 25 years in the corporate machine, she understands the stresses and challenges of everyday life. She works with depression, anxiety, relationships, parenting as well as change and addiction. She is a mentor and business coach for new business and has completed her Masters of Counselling.
