I am looking forward to meeting you and assisting you in your mental health journey. I am privileged to support you in this journey through providing a gentle and non judgmental space. I am dedicated to offering clients a gentle, patient and respectful space to enable this growth. Rachel incorporates a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBTT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi). Rachel’s experience in psychology has been focused on occupational psychology, predominately working with clients experiencing depression and anxiety. Rachel’s most recent role was working with first responders in assisting with their return to work and life following trauma. Rachel has worked predominately over telehealth due to the pandemic and has experience providing therapy in this way.
