Ms Penny Panagiotidis Social Worker

Living Change Psychology and Natural Health 143 Napier St, Essendon, Victoria, 3040

Overview

I am a highly committed and skilled social worker with 30 years of experience in assisting individuals tackle issues and obstacles that affect their lives. During counselling, I offer a non-judgemental attitude, coupled with a wealth of compassion, to ensure individuals feel safe, heard, understood, and supported. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals that experience life challenges and ultimately offend. In my practice, I embed approaches which facilitate behaviour change, to improve individual trajectories. I have worked solidly across community legal services, offender support services, prisons, community correctional services and courts. My practice inspiration is “One day the mountain that is in front of you will be so far behind you, it will be barely visible in the distance. But the person you become in learning to get over it? That will stay with you forever. And that is the point of the mountain”. (Brianna West)
