Pearl is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has a real love and appreciation for food and cooking. This means she can provide practical advice about recipes and meals specific to her clients of many different life stages, cultural backgrounds, cooking abilities and health conditions. With her understanding of food, cooking, and the most up-to-date science, consultations are based around the clients' own personal health and lifestyle goals. This can help allow clients to gain the self confidence to make informed choices about their food and drink choices. Pearl aims to make all clients feel welcome, accepted and comfortable in sessions. She understands the need to re-evaluate interventions and guide her clients to reach their goals with new strategies adjusted over time.
