Overview

Olivia is a Provisional Psychologist with a Master in Professional Psychology from Cairnmillar institute. She believes that every client she sees is unique and seeks to collaboratively support them in working towards their mental health goals. Olivia is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She has experience working with primary school aged clients and involving play in therapy. Olivia has also volunteered on a helpline providing counselling to people who have experienced family violence. Olivia welcomes clients of any age, gender and sexual orientation. She is available to provide support for depression and anxiety, as well as a variety of other presentations.
