I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a counselling background. I have over a decade of experience working across diverse mental health settings, including school counselling, sub-acute mental health residential services, suicide postvention, forensic contexts, and the alcohol and other drug sector.
Based in Canberra, I bring a calm, thoughtful approach to my work and value creating a space where people feel heard, respected, and supported to take stock of what’s going on for them. I work collaboratively, paying close attention to patterns, context, and the broader systems shaping a person’s experience.
My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed practice and a harm minimisation framework. I place strong emphasis on safety, autonomy, and meeting people where they are, recognising that meaningful change often happens gradually and looks different for each person.
I’m committed to offering an inclusive, non-judgemental therapeutic environment and to working at a pace that feels sustainable and aligned with what matters to the individual.
