ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Natasha, a registered psychologist and founder of Graciously You Psychological Services. I established this online psychologist practice in April 2020 to provide accessible, flexible psychological support for people aged 13 and above across Australia through virtual therapy. My goal is to make mental health care fit around your life, giving you agency over your wellbeing, no matter where you are located.
WHO I SUPPORT
I work with women and teenage girls navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, self esteem and confidence concerns, PTSD, unwanted memories, ADHD, relationship challenges, motivation concerns, and life transitions. If you're seeking a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences and process your emotions at a pace that feels right for you, I'm here to guide you with care and without judgment.

I combine evidence based therapies with a practical, collaborative style. Drawing on cognitive, body based, and trauma informed techniques, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs and goals, focusing on what feels most helpful and meaningful for you. Together, we'll explore where you are now, what's brought you here, and how to move toward the future you're working toward.
EXPERIENCE
I've worked across private practice, workplace, paediatric, and educational settings with diverse client populations. Through this work, I've seen how EMDR and CBiT are evidence-based treatments that create meaningful shifts, yet they're often difficult to access in many areas. That's why I'm committed to offering them through virtual therapy, making them accessible no matter where you are.
WHEN I'M NOT IN SESSION
You'll find me outdoors with my family, exercising, gardening, or cooking.
